Dear Customer,

whereas, as effective from 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as the GDPR) comes into force, we would like to outline the purposes and principles on which we process personal data.

Who is the administrator of personal data?

The administrator of personal data is FACH-PAK Sp z o.o. Sp.k. with its registered office in Słupsk 76-200, ul. Grottgera 16C (hereinafter referred to as FACH-PAK), the owner of the website www.fach-pak.pl.

Why do we process personal data?

Personal data, provided by customers during the process of purchase, is processed by FACH-PAK

• to complete the electronic transactions (Art. 6 sec. 1 letter (b) of GDPR);
• for marketing purposes - the legal basis for the processing of the data is the given consent (Art. 6 sec. 1 letter a of GDPR);
• for analytical and statistical purposes - the legal basis for the processing of the data is the legally justified interest of FACH-PAK (Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of GDPR) to analyse product sales, to improve and develop the offer.

Is it necessary for the customers to provide personal information?

It is not necessary, however, if for any reason the customer does not provide the above-mentioned information, there will be no possibility to complete the transaction via the online store.

The following personal information is required to process the purchase order, to guarantee an extension of the warranty with respect to the purchased product, and to offer products or services related to the purchased product:

– first name and surname
– address of residence
– alternatively: address to ship the product
– e-mail address
– telephone number
– alternatively: details for invoicing

Personal data is processed in an IT environment, which means that it may also be temporarily stored and processed to ensure the security and proper functioning of IT systems, e.g. in connection with making regular backups, testing changes to IT systems, detecting irregularities or protecting against fraud.

How long do we store personal data?

Personal data is stored for 6 years

Who do we share personal data with?

Personal data is only shared with entities whose activities are related to the processing of the purchase order, e.g. the entity delivering the product in the case when the delivery option was chosen, the accounting office, or the entity that processes the payment.
Personal data is not transferred outside the EEA and it is not shared with international organisations.
Personal data is not used for profiling.

What are your rights?

In connection with the processing of personal data by FACH-PAK, you have the following rights: the right to demand access to your personal data from the controller, the right to correct, delete or restrict the processing of personal data, the right to object to the processing of the data, the right to transfer the data. You also have the right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority.
