In recent days we had the pleasure of visiting our colleagues at FACH-PAK’s headquarters and production facility in Słupsk, Poland. During intensive training sessions, we explored the latest additions to the product line, shared best practices, and exchanged insights to further strengthen our transatlantic cooperation. The primary focus was, of course, our flagship hygienic insulated containers, but we also devoted significant attention to other FACH-PAK products with strong potential in the U.S. market- such as hygienic plastic pallets, plastic pallet boxes, and the tippers and lifters produced by our subsidiary Boxlifter. more

Alaska is the largest state in the U.S. and accounts for more than half of all commercial fishing in the country. Fishing remains one of the state’s strongest industries, second only to oil and gas extraction. This makes Alaska one of the world’s most important suppliers and processors of fish. Across the state, there are numerous seafood processing plants that have been using insulated containers for years, primarily sourced from American manufacturers. more

In recent months, FACH-PAK has invested in modernizing its industrial facilities and installing a state-of-the-art rotational molding production line. The goal is to increase the production of hygienic insulated containers under the BPLAST brand, responding to growing demand from food manufacturers and processors. The new machines and equipment, installed in Słupsk in northern Poland, are primarily dedicated to producing insulated triple-wall PE containers. Thanks to their hygienic, seamless construction, these containers are ideal for food processing applications such as meat, fish, and poultry, as well as for food waste management. The upgraded production line will significantly expand FACH-PAK’s manufacturing capacity and reduce reliance on outsourced production. more

FACH-PAK has received new molds at its factory, fulfilling orders placed in recent months. These new models will significantly expand the company’s range of insulated containers, though management emphasizes that this is only the beginning. The investment reflects both a desire to enhance the existing product line and to introduce models that were previously unavailable. It also supports the company’s export expansion, where dimensions, capacities, or other specifications differ from European standards. Serial production is scheduled to begin in May. more

Recently, the FACH-PAK team participated in an exclusive training session in Arizona focused on advanced plastic labeling techniques. The program introduced a new and innovative method known as “plastic tattooing,” which ensures exceptionally durable and permanent markings. The dye chemically bonds with polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) materials, creating an irreversible reaction that makes the markings virtually indelible.  more
