FACH-PAK Introduces New Hygienic Pallets

We are excited to present FACH-PAK’s new hygienic pallet, available in U.S.-standard size 47.6 x 39.7 x 6.3 inches (1200 x 1000 x 160 mm). Thanks to its fully sealed design, the pallet is exceptionally easy to clean, with minimal crevices where dirt could accumulate. Manufactured from food-safe HDPE, it is perfectly suited not only for the food industry but also for pharmaceutical and chemical applications- anywhere cleanliness is a top priority.
- Development of our new hygienic pallet line has been underway for more than a year. Because these pallets are designed for direct contact with food, we took extra care to ensure we were fully prepared for their market launch. Securing the highest-quality raw material was a priority, and thanks to an agreement with our supplier, we have guaranteed long-term deliveries at highly competitive prices. This translates directly into attractive pricing for our customers. Recently, the pallets underwent extensive testing with demanding clients on three continents. As a result, we are confident that our product matches the quality of hygienic pallets already offered by leading European and American manufacturers. Demand has been strong from the start, especially from food processors in the meat, fish, poultry, protein, and pharmaceutical sectors—many of whom are already placing large orders. This affirms that our recent investments in production were the right move. The official launch of the hygienic pallet line will take place in September at industry trade fairs, where the product will be showcased at both our own booths and those of our distributors- said Tomasz Budrewicz, CEO of FACH-PAK.
The new FACH-PAK hygienic pallet comes in size 47.6 x 39.7 x 6.3 inches and can be fitted with either three or five runners. Each pallet is designed with 7 mm safety edges and is available in white, light gray, light blue, or any custom color upon request.
