Transport and delivery

If it is a standard product, and does not need to be specially manufactured, it is available from stock. Depending on the place of delivery, in Poland, the products are usually delivered within 24 hours. For other locations, delivery time is determined individually. To ensure safe and timely deliveries, we cooperate with reliable logistics companies such as DPD and RÖHLIG SUUS. At every stage of waiting for the delivery, it is possible to check the delivery status on the websites of our partners, in a user-friendly way.​​​​​​​
For full truckload orders short delivery times are possible thanks to the use of our own transport. To receive detailed information on the possibility of delivery of the expected product to the indicated place, please contact our transport department: transport@fach-pak.pl
Please check the condition of the parcel carefully upon receipt, in the presence of the employee of the delivery company. Complaints related to mechanical damage during shipment shall be considered only based on a written protocol of damage/discrepancy in the contents, which is prepared at the time of the receipt of goods in the presence of the employee of the delivery company, and confirmed by the employee. Transport damages, reported by the customer after the receipt of the package shall not be taken into account.
